How do you surrender an animal?

A person must show proof of ID that they live within city limits of South Bend;

SBARC does not take animals from any 5 digit addresses in South Bend area.

The fee to surrender is $20.00.

Where and when are you able to surrender an animal?

You may surrender a pet Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 5PM.
