Sign Regulations

Regulations for signs are enforced by City Zoning and County Zoning.

City Sign permit applications are to be submitted and processed through City Zoning only.

County Sign permit applications must be submitted to County Zoning.  Once approved, their Improvement Location Permit (ILP) must be provided to the Building Department, along with applicable fee, for the Sign Permit.
