Driveway Permits

Driveway Permits are handled through City or County Engineering, depending on the address/jurisdiction

The Building Department does not issue permits for "flat work" less than 30"(2.5') off of the ground, unless it will be a foundation for a structure.  Site work under 30” for uses other than single family and two family dwellings may require an Improvement Location Permit.
