Neighborhood Services & Enforcement does not address mold directly, but a property occupant can contact the department for an interior inspection in order to attempt to locate the source of the mold. Once the source has been identified the inspector will start a housing case and a letter is sent to the owner of record to correct the problem in thirty (30) days.
