If a resident would like to file a formal complaint against the Division of Solid Waste regarding their service, policies or procedures, please submit a service request with the following:

Any identifying information of the crew or vehicle (truck number, etc.)
If a resident would like to file a complaint against a driver or staff member regarding their conduct, please reach out to a 311 supervisor to take the call.
No calls should be transferred or dropped to any Solid Waste voicemails.
