How do I report a catch basin cave-in?
During normal business hours (7:30 am - 5:30 pm), call 311. Your call will be forwarded to the Sewer Department dispatch and the information will be forwarded to a supervisor for evaluation.
After normal business hours, call 311 and follow the telephone prompts for a Sewer Emergency. Sewer department stand-by personnel will evaluate the situation.
